Freelance Friday: Painted Halloween Jar Candles



Yay the weekend is here, and it is time to craft! We’ve got the perfect project that your kids would love to help create, painted Halloween jar candles. We discovered this project on the blog, Jedi Craft Girl. It immediately caught our attention, because not only is it great for kids it is so cool. Teaching Thursday: Halloween Blocks



Quick and easy is the name of the game when it comes to crafting Halloween decorations. Leanne Melton created these decorative blocks that are perfect for Halloween. You can create this project in under an hour. All you will need are a few supplies including some matte Mod Podge. Get as creative as you would like when it comes to the scrapbook paper. Web Wednesday: “Wicked” Good Halloween Wood Craft & Decor



Hooray! The week is half way over and today we would like to share with you both a musical and Halloween themed project. Have you seen the smash hit show, “Wicked?” If so you are going to love this project. People of all ages, especially kids love this musical, and we have found a project that would be perfect for Halloween. Carissa from Mom it Forward created this sign. Well actually her tween-aged daughters did the majority of it. This is a simple project that is perfect for kids and teens to make. Click here to see how it was made. All you will need are some wood letters, Mod Podge, and scrapbook paper. If you have not seen “Wicked” try to get tickets, it’s a show you won’t want to miss.
