Four Crazy Kings is one of my favorite crafty blogs and these witch's hats are
so adorable and fun. She uses paper plates as the base and paint and glitter.
These would work well with Extreme Glitter Paint, too.

I love this cute idea presented by Craftbits.com. This little mummy cup is a great project for kids to make at a Halloween party and fill with goodies.
