Space Ship Porthole


2549 - FolkArt ® Acrylic Colors - Summer Peach, 2 oz.
2715 - FolkArt ® Shiny™ Acrylic Paint - Licorice, 2 oz.
2782 - FolkArt ® Extreme Glitter™ - Hologram, 5 oz.
320 - FolkArt ® Acrylic Colors - Jamaican Sea, 2 oz.

1" foam spouncer
¼” flat brush
2 foam plates
Aluminum foil
Plastic wrap
Scissors
white craft glue
Double sided tape
Stapler
1 each – orange & lime green chenille pipe cleaner
Black floss or string
Black permanent ink marker


1. Paint inside of one plate with Shiny Licorice. When dry, apply Hologram Extreme Glitter with foam brush. 2. Cut circle from second plate and wrap frame with aluminum foil. Save leftover piece of foam. Line inside edge of circle with double sided tape and lay piece of plastic wrap inside the circle pressing to the tape. 3. Cut circles and ovals from leftover foam; paint to create planets and aliens. Refer to photo for color placement. Wrap orange pipe cleaner around planet to create ring and secure with glue. Bend arms and antennae for alien and glue. Draw face with permanent ink marker. 4. Tape lengths of string to back of planets. Tape other end to edge of black plate. Glue alien inside foil plate. 5. Staple plates together.
