I'm teaching a summer art camp this year for
little kids. I like to have an easy jump start activity for them the
minute they walk in the door. This year it will be decorated name tag
necklaces--fun to make (and a bonus for me to help learn names).
tags I used, FolkArt paint, stickers, Mod Podge, flat back embellishments and
3M self sealing pouches.
scruffiest brush you can and paint the card stock. Use a hair dryer to dry the

a marker. Seal the name piece inside the pouch following the manufacturer's

Mod Podge and blow dry. Now you can embellish it with stickers, gems and more
papers adhered with Mod Podge like this:
finished, you can clip them to bags with lanyard clips or string them onto
Rexlace or ball chain with beads!
