Tuesday Tutorial: Trick to Treat Shoes

By Candie Cooper – To see more from Candie check out her blog Candie Cooper’s Journal

These fun shoes are ready to tip toe through the neighborhood for trick or treating!

You will need: Mod Podge, shoes with smooth surface, tiny die cuts, scissors, paint brush and tissue paper.

Mod Podge two layers of tissue paper to the toe of the shoe. By the way, these shoes were only $5 at the dollar store!

Add the tiny die cuts however you like with Mod Podge, overlapping and such. Words, gems and glitter would also be fun to use.

I think my love for Tim Burton was coming out while making them. I love all the patterns and whimsical spookiness.

As I look at this picture, trick or treat, smell my (Mod Podged) feet, give me something good to eat, quickly popped into my mind. Have fun!
